Wanted to take a moment out to wish all my forum pals a very merry Christmas and happy New Year.I thank all those who have contributed to the conversations with there views and comments,and thanks for some of the book recommendations you have passed on to me

I join with you all in wishing all members and your families a very Happy Christmas and all the best for the New Year. Many thanks for your special message to me (and Ann) John and to Jeff also who messaged me earlier. My progress is slow and there have been several setbacks but I feel I am improving and should be able to enjoy some Xmas Dinner (albeit in small portions) - it will take a while to get back the 11kg I lost and I'm not able to run around the block as yet.
